Your Role with Us

As a Corporate Solutions Coordinator, you play an important role in delivering a seamless experience for AIA’s Corporate Solutions group schemes. Working closely with advisers, third-party administrators, Business Development Managers, and internal teams, you become a trusted operational partner who helps keep services running smoothly and efficiently. This is a relationship-focused role where your coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills directly contribute to positive customer outcomes. You will have the opportunity to build deep knowledge of AIA’s products and processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both customer experience and operational performance.

  • Manage and administer Corporate Solutions group schemes to deliver a smooth and positive end-to-end customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with advisers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders to enable effective collaboration and service delivery.
  • Monitor account activity, identify emerging issues, and take proactive action to support customer and business needs.
  • Resolve operational queries efficiently and escalate complex matters to maintain service quality and continuity.
  • Contribute to process, product, and service improvements that enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Support team and business objectives by providing responsive, accurate, and customer-focused operational support.

  • You have strong communication skills and build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You bring excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguous situations.
  • You have the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • You bring a proactive mindset, respond positively to change, and look for opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
  • You have the ability to learn and apply product, process, and system knowledge to support customers and advisers effectively.
  • You have experience with administration and processing.
  • You may also have experience within the insurance industry or a related financial services environment.
