• Perform the assigned role to deliver business outcomes while balancing programme requirements

• 8+ year professional experience
• Leading people, managing projects, or driving strategic initiatives in dynamic environments
• Delivering a strong track record of impact, with meaningful business outcomes
• Leading change, innovation, transformation, or continuous improvement
