• Lead the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI, cloud, and analytics governance frameworks across Azure and Alibaba Cloud
• Establish and enforce enterprise‑wide policies, standards, and controls covering security, compliance, data privacy, cost management, and risk
• Provide governance oversight for cloud migration initiatives, ensuring adherence to approved standards, security baselines, and regulatory requirements
• Govern the deployment and operation of AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI practices, model oversight, and policy compliance
• Oversee and govern the development and usage of Power BI dashboards, including KPI definitions, data standards, access controls, and reporting consistency
• Define governance standards for data models, semantic layers, Power BI workspaces, and lifecycle management
• Partner with senior IT, security, data, and business leaders to embed governance controls into delivery and operational processes
• Monitor compliance with cloud and analytics policies, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Provide executive‑level reporting on governance posture, risks, and control effectiveness
• Lead and support audits, regulatory assessments, and internal reviews related to cloud, data, and AI platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology roles, with deep expertise in cloud, AI, or data governance
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑scale governance frameworks
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud)
• Required hands‑on experience with Power BI dashboard development, including data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, and governance considerations
• Proven experience governing cloud migration, enterprise analytics, or AI initiatives at scale
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements affecting cloud and data platforms
