Global Functions provide a wide range of services to the organization such as Business IT and Operations, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Security and Human Resources. Its teams play a vital role in ensuring we deliver for our customers and achieve our business goals.

The Integrated Marketing Specialist will support AIG Mexico and the Miami Facultative Desk by executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels and broker engagement activities. The role reports to the FAC Desk Marketing Lead with a dotted line to the Mexico Marketing Lead and works closely with commercial leaders across the region. 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing and event management. 
• Experience managing agencies, multiple stakeholders and simultaneous projects. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. 
• Advanced English language proficiency (participates in meetings with other countries), including speaking, reading, and writing. Fluency in English is required.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, commercial mindset and attention to detail. 
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with CRM platforms is desirable but not required. 

• Deliver high-quality marketing support to Mexico and the Miami FAC Desk. 

• Execute integrated campaigns aligned with business priorities. 

• Coordinate successful broker and client events with measurable business impact. 

• Become a trusted marketing partner for commercial stakeholders across both businesses.
