Open Vacancy: This role is a current, active position and we are accepting applications.

Our client is a fast-growing, Toronto-based DTC streetwear brand built on innovative designs, cultural storytelling, and a highly engaged online community. Founded in 2020, the brand has quickly grown into a global e-commerce business with customers internationally.

Operating at the intersection of fashion, internet culture, and digital storytelling, organic content plays a critical role in how the brand connects with its audience and drives growth.

We are seeking a scrappy, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Lead to support the day-to-day execution of the organic social ecosystem. Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you will act as the maestro behind the content engine, coordinating creators, managing production workflows and calendars, tracking performance, and helping scale the brand's presence across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in content operations, creator coordination, community engagement, and performance analysis. While strategic thinking is important, success in this role comes from strong execution, curiosity, and a passion for building audiences.

  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and content optimizations.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of organic social media across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Discord.
  • Coordinate content production workflows, including briefing, scheduling, and managing relationships with creators, photographers, videographers, and other creative contributors.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure content is delivered on schedule and aligned with key product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and algorithm changes to identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
  • Analyze content performance, including impressions, engagement, retention, watch time, follower growth, and click-through rates.
  • Engage with the community and leverage audience feedback to strengthen brand loyalty and inform future content.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, creators, and cross-functional partners to support broader business objectives.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, content management, community management, or social growth roles.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving measurable results.
  • Experience working within DTC e-commerce, consumer brands, fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, or creator-led businesses.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, short-form video performance, audience growth strategies, and content optimization.
  • Experience managing creators, content production processes, or creative partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret platform data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Genuine interest in internet culture, digital communities, streetwear, anime, or fandom-driven brands is considered a strong asset.
  • 30 Days: Fully absorbed the brand identity, built workflows with internal creators, and understood historical data/what makes content perform.
  • 60 Days: Effectively managing the content calendar across all platforms and delivering stable, platform-aligned output.
  • 90 Days and Beyond: Spreading your wings to execute high-performing content that drives noticeable lifts in follower growth, impressions, and web traffic.
  • Work with a brand where ideas and creativity fuel the future of streetwear fashion.
  • High ownership and autonomy (your ideas will directly influence content, growth, and
  • revenue).
  • Opportunity to build and lead a high-performing social content engine from the ground up.
  • Flexible work environment (hybrid with flexible hours) that supports creativity and productivity.
  • Be part of a team that values speed, experimentation, and bold thinking.
