Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.
Master degree with major in economics or similar
8-10 years relevant work experience, ideally in similar business organization or in HR
Significant experience in a large, international and matrix organizations
Strong analytical thinking
Meticulous and organized approach to work
Expertise in controlling, data manipulation and visualization
Strong influential leadership skills
Capability to navigate and work effectively across all levels in the organization
Thinking and partnering strategically
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with diverse counterparts
Solution oriented
Result oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Continuous improvement spirit
Fluent professional French & English , another language is a + (Spanish or Italian)
