As a Materials Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring materials and parts flow efficiently to support operations:

  Pick and prepare parts accurately for shipment

• →

  Process material reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in SAP

• →

  Monitor shared inbox for urgent and priority requests

• →

  Coordinate same-day and emergency shipments

• →

  Receive, label, and accurately stock material

• →

  Support global Shipping & Receiving operations (cross-trained role)

• →

  Operate material handling equipment safely

• →

  Maintain readiness to support critical needs. While this role is primarily performed during regular business hours, there may be infrequent opportunities to provide optional after-hours support as business needs arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2–5 years of material handling or logistics experience preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• SAP experience is a plus

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
