Operating at the centre of a global aviation network, the position offers the opportunity to shape trading strategies, respond to live market demand, and play a key role in delivering smart and efficient aviation solutions in line with AJW’s mission to transform aviation efficiency.
Responsibilities

Drive sales of aviation components to global customers (airlines, MROs, brokers)

Execute trading strategies to optimise margin and stock turn

Manage and grow customer and supplier relationships
- →
Analyse market demand, pricing trends, and inventory positions to inform decisions

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms

Work closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure fulfilment

Monitor performance against revenue and margin targets

Identify opportunities to move excess or slow-moving stock

Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
