Position Summary
The General Manager will oversee multiple locations and centralized operations, ensuring alignment in service delivery, team performance, and operational efficiency. This individual will lead a team of senior staff and play a key role in shaping culture, performance, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with company standards
- Manage logistics and operational workflows across centralized functions
- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior staff and managers
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support the growth and development of team members, including mentorship of emerging leaders
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and performance management initiatives
Performance & Strategy
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet organizational goals
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Partner with ownership to align on strategic priorities and execution
- Contribute to long-term planning, structure, and scalability of operations
Qualifications
Required
- 5–10+ years of leadership experience in a multi-location or high-volume service environment
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results
- Strong operational and organizational leadership skills
- Ability to manage complexity and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in funeral services or a closely related field
- Experience overseeing operations handling 1,000+ annual service cases
- Background in developing teams and promoting internal growth
- Business or management-related education is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
