We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Engineer to join our client's growing team in Arizona. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in complex, highly technical commercial environments and enjoys being a key driver of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and collaborate with PM's and Superintendents to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and budget objectives
  • Assist with construction scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting
  • Leverage construction management software (including Procore) to maintain accurate and timely project data
  • Participate in project planning, site coordination, and problem-solving throughout all phases of construction
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and quality control processes



Requirements:

  • Extensive prior experience in commercial construction, with a strong preference for projects within Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Data Centers, and Tech facilities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling and project controls
  • Hands-on experience with Procore and other construction management software
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
