Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d)

You work directly with the Co-CEO. The mandate: find, design, and drive AI-powered growth opportunities for Alasco.

That means getting close to market workflows and client needs, translating what you learn into product requirements and business cases, and seeing them through from discovery to go-to-market. You own the outcome, not just the analysis.

We are not looking for a title. We are looking for someone who operates in founding mode. Someone who has built something, run something, or is ready to.

• →Pick the right bets: Not every AI opportunity is worth pursuing. You figure out which ones are. You look at what is happening in the market, what clients are asking for, and where Alasco has a real right to win. Then you make a call and back it up.
• →Get out of the building: You spend time with real users. Not to validate assumptions, but to find the ones worth making. You bring back what you learn and use it to shape what gets built.
• →Build and ship AI features: You take an AI use case from idea to production. You write the brief, set the success criteria, work with the team, and stay close until it is live. You know enough about how models work to have a real opinion on what is possible.
• →Keep an eye on what is changing: The space moves fast. You track what competitors are doing, what clients are signaling, and what new capabilities are worth paying attention to. You use that to keep Alasco's direction sharp.
• →Make trade-offs visible: You bring Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market to the same view on what matters and why. You set the metrics. You flag when something is off. You do not wait for someone else to call it.

• Background in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup. Or you have founded something yourself.
• You have owned something end to end: a product, a business unit, an initiative with real stakes.
• You use AI tools every day and know how to get real work out of them. Not as a hobby.
• Open-ended problems do not slow you down. You structure them and move.
• Precise, confident communication in German and English. You make decisions, stand behind them, and create clarity even when the answer is uncomfortable.
• Technical background or coding experience: strong plus, not a requirement.
