Albemarle Qinzhou Factory is recruiting a Packer.

What you will do ？

1. Familiarise yourself with the production process, and understand the basic structure and performance of equipment such as sifters, vacuum feeders, packaging machines, and wrapping machines;

2. Be responsible for the operation, inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment in this position;

3. Be familiar with material qualification standards and ensure materials are physically acceptable before packaging;

4. Communicate and coordinate effectively with the drying department;

5. Strictly follow procedures to inspect packaging bags and ensure they are fit for use;

6. Conduct physical inspections for each batch according to the 'Product Quality Inspection Management Regulations' before sealing, and only seal if there are no abnormalities;

7. Be responsible for handling product warehousing procedures;

8. Assist quality control with product outbound inspections;

9. Handle the re-dissolution of non-conforming products;

10. Closely monitor for foreign objects in the workplace and strictly prohibit introducing foreign objects, especially metal;

11. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and work areas;

12. Be familiar with Safety Data Sheets of relevant chemicals and materials and understand the necessary information;

13. Strictly follow safety regulations and diligently implement confirmation procedures to ensure safe production;

14. Report faults and safety hazards promptly and take emergency measures to prevent accidents;

15. Keep various records related to the position and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

• 1. Full-time secondary vocational education or above, majoring in chemistry and chemical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or other related fields;
• 2. More than two years of experience in centralised control operations in medium to large manufacturing enterprises, chemical industry experience preferred;
• 3. Certain language and written expression skills, familiar with operating modern machinery and equipment;
