Production Operative (Grader) - Backshift

Shift & Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 18:00hrs to 02:15hrs

Salary: £12.71 per hour (plus 50p per hour backshift premium)

• →Accurately grade potatoes, ensuring all products meet quality and weight specifications.
• →Inspect products for any defects or quality issues, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, following all health and safety protocols.
• →Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

• →Previous experience in production or grading roles is advantageous, particularly in the food industry.
• →Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
• →Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
• →Physical fitness is required, as the role involves standing for extended periods.
