We’re looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our production team as Production Operators.

About the Role

As a Production Operative in our Production team, you’ll use your technical expertise to produce high-quality printed materials, from perfectly stitched books to large-format posters, ensuring precision and excellence every time.

✓Salary starting dependent on experience: Starting at £13.45 per hour (approx. £29,724 per year) for 8:30 hour 3 week rota shifts, 42.5 hours per week of (approx. £29,986 per year) for 12.15 hour Dupont/continental shifts 42.87 hours per week

✓Weekly pay with overtime opportunities at time and a third (1.33%)

Week 1: 4 night shifts, 3 days off
Week 2: 3 day shifts, 1 day off, 3 night shifts
Week 3: 3 days off, 4 day shifts
Week 4: 7 days off

This role operates on a 24/5, three-week rotating shift pattern, working Monday to Friday. You’ll rotate between morning, afternoon and night shifts each week:

Week 1: 6am–2pm
Week 2: 2pm–10pm
Week 3: 10pm–6am

Ability to work independently in a busy, physical environment
A strong team player with good communication skills
Flexibility to support the team during busy periods
Basic to good PC skills
Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
Willingness to work either 8-hour or 12-hour shifts depending on role

Bluetree's combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking, the facility is also located on a major bus route which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton and Wombwell.
