You will be part of the Aleph Czech team, representing several global digital platforms including Spotify, Digital Turbine, WeTransfer, Amazon, Microsoft, Pinterest, Reddit, and X (formerly Twitter). In this role, you will focus on developing and managing paid media business across these platforms.

You will manage selected platforms, providing strategic guidance and support to local advertisers and agencies in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across the platforms’ ecosystems.

You will expand our client portfolio while partnering with key advertisers to improve campaign performance, strengthen KPIs, and drive business growth.

You will educate advertisers and agencies on our partners’ products through onsite presentations and one-on-one training.

You will attend industry events and conferences to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

You will monitor revenue performance across the business portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing corrective actions where needed.

You will take ownership of commercial performance, with full accountability for driving and achieving both short-term and long-term KPIs.

You have 3+ years of experience in the digital advertising space, working with large accounts and building, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.

You communicate effectively both internally and externally, with excellent communication skills in Czech and English.

You understand how agencies plan, buy, and measure the performance of digital and programmatic advertising campaigns.

You are highly customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You work in a structured and systematic way and bring a strong “can-do” attitude.

You are highly analytical and data-focused, with the ability to think both strategically and creatively.

You are curious about technology and are proficient in tools such as Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote; experience with Salesforce, DSM, and DFP is a plus.

You have a network with key agencies and clients in the Czech market (a plus, but not required).
