Our mission is to build the best affiliate marketing software on the market - and we’re well on our way. Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join us on the journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the affiliate and iGaming ecosystem.
  • Maintain and actively manage a database of partners and potential clients.
  • Conduct active lead generation from a defined list of focus companies.
  • Representing Scaleo at top industry events across Europe: London, Malta, Barcelona, Rome etc.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential partners and clients that lead to closing new deals.
  • Helping clients see the value in our platform.
  • Working hands-on with prospects and partners to solve real challenges – not just sending them to a demo call.

Who you are:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in the iGaming industry.
  • You’re more of a problem-solver than a traditional salesperson.
  • You are comfortable traveling and meeting clients in person at industry events and conferences.
  • You are proactive and capable of managing an active partner and client base.
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • You believe that sales is about value, not pressure.
