Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Corporate Vehicles Administration Coordinator to join our team in Smyrna, TN.

The Corporate Vehicles (CV) Administration Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the following activities as determined by the Supervisor:
1) Schedule Nissan employees and retirees for delivery and exchange of vehicles at dealerships
2) Take payment for damage to vehicles
3) Work within CV System, eGAMS, to provide up to date and accurate information
4) Manage insurance needs of CV for Employee Provided Insurance
5) Handle CA plating/registration
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: Three or more years of professional level experience in related field.
- Job Knowledge and Skills: Excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills required for team collaboration and customer satisfaction. This can be both in person and over the phone/video calls.
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly, and work both independently and in a team environment. - Computer Skills: General Microsoft office Suite, with an emphasis in excel. Ability to utilize and learn new systems quickly (eGAMS).
- Physical Requirements: Lifting: 5-15 pounds.
- Ability to perform work onsite at Smyrna Employee Lease Center.
- Motor Vehicle Report required.
