- Assist with the implementation of automation projects during the summer shutdown period.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, and supplier teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and progress updates.
- Provide hands-on support during equipment installation, startup, and commissioning activities.
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Students entering their Junior, Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Ability to develop and manage project timelines and coordinate activities across stakeholders.
- Hands-on mindset with the willingness to support equipment installation and implementation activities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
- Ability to perform work onsite at Canton, MS.
