Alliance Bank Central Texas is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (onsite in Waco; Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays). This role supports customers by phone and helps keep daily service and operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls and general questions; assisting with internet banking, ACH, Remote Deposit, and statement inquiries; managing debit card inquiries, printing new cards, and processing disputes; monitoring internet messages/approvals; cross-training across customer service desks; and completing research and other assigned duties.

Required skills/qualifications:

You'll start by logging into core systems and reviewing queues for online banking messages, approvals, and any open debit card items. Throughout the day, you'll rotate between phone support and follow-ups, documenting updates and keeping records tidy. Midday often includes pulling or updating reports, checking validations, and coordinating with teammates as questions come in. You'll also spend time learning different desks through cross-training, building confidence with a wider range of customer needs. By day's end, you'll clear remaining items, note anything that needs next-day attention, and help the team hand off a clean slate.
