In order to strengthen its existing team, the Company is seeking a ‘Performance Controller' who will report functionally to the Chief Insurance Transformation and Parnership

Data Management

  • Collect and consolidate Insurance & Services performance data across all countries.
  • Ensure the completeness, consistency, and timely collection of data.
  • Extract and process data, and feed ad hoc reporting and analytical tools as required.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving data quality, accuracy, and completeness.

Performance Analysis

  • Develop and maintain ad hoc dashboards and performance monitoring tools.
  • Identify, analyse, and explain key performance trends and business drivers.
  • Monitor and steer performance by country, region, product line, and distribution channel.
  • Analyse, prepare, and monitor budget re-forecasts (TBA).
  • Prepare strategic recommendations and guidance papers to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and distribute regular performance reports and management reports.
  • Develop presentations and reporting materials for governance committees and executive reviews.
  • Prepare and lead performance review meetings with subsidiaries, controlling teams, and Renault Group After-Sales teams.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the country budgeting process.
  • Develop budgeting guidelines and supporting documentation.
  • Review and challenge budget submissions received from countries.

Develop and manage the Insurance & Services Programme business case defined by the Executive Committee, ensuring continuous alignment between strategic decisions and the three key business case dimensions:

  • Capital Investment (CAPEX)
  • Revenue Growth (Sales Penetration & Customer Retention)
  • Operational Profitability (OPEX Management)
  • Perform budget control activities for the Business Unit / Department.
  • Prepare and manage the operating budget of Mobilize Insurance & Services.
  • Monitor and control CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Mobilize Insurance & Services.
  • Prepare and submit Purchase Requisitions (PURE) in accordance with internal procurement procedures.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial controlling and margin management within the automotive insurance, creditor insurance, and automotive services sectors, preferably within an OEM environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Services businesses and operations in an OEM environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a high level of rigour, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively design, structure, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and present clear, actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into business recommendations and support decision-making processes.
