Are you an experienced software engineering leader with a strong background in .NET, AWS, microservices, and cloud architecture? We’re looking for a Lead Developer to play a critical role in designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Lead Developer, you will lead the design and development of complex cloud-based software solutions while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle and collaborate closely with DevSecOps, infrastructure, IT support, business analysts, and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- →Architect, design, and develop solutions using microservices, event-driven, and serverless architectures.
- →Build scalable cloud applications following the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- →Develop clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code using established engineering standards and design patterns.
- →Lead development efforts through code reviews, pair programming, mentoring, and technical guidance.
- →Collaborate with business analysts to refine user stories and break them down into development tasks.
- →Partner with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- →Maintain and improve frameworks, libraries, automated testing, security, and application performance.
- →Research and recommend new technologies that strengthen our products and technical capabilities.
- →Contribute to the integration of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, and MCP capabilities into software products.
✔ 8+ years of hands-on development experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
✔ 3+ years of experience leading the architecture and implementation of cloud systems using AWS.
✔ Strong experience with microservices, Docker, event-driven architecture, and serverless solutions.
✔ Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudFront, EventBridge, and AWS Batch.
✔ Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, layered architecture, cloud design patterns, and OOP.
✔ Experience designing secure OpenAPI v3-compliant RESTful APIs.
✔ Experience integrating Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities into software products.
✔ Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and component-based architecture, with 2+ years of SPA development experience.
✔ Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including code-first data modeling.
✔ Experience with CI/CD, TDD or BDD, automated unit testing, and integration testing.
✔ Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certifications are a plus.
