🚀 We’re Hiring: Software Developer (.NET + React)

We’re looking for talented Software Developers with strong .NET and React experience to join our team and contribute to both ongoing and upcoming projects. If you enjoy working across the full stack and solving real-world problems, this role is for you.

💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing scalable applications using C# / .NET and React
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs (internal & external)
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams using Git-based workflows
• Supporting both front-end and back-end development, including migrations (e.g., Angular to React)
• Contributing to clean, maintainable, and high-quality codebases

🧠 Core Skills

• Strong experience with C# / .NET
• Solid knowledge of React
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Proficiency with Git
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker / containerization
• Exposure to AngularJS
• Familiarity with OpenSearch
• Understanding of WCAG / WAI accessibility standards
• Knowledge of AI best practices (beyond basic prompt usage)
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Basic DevOps understanding
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

🌍 Important Requirements

• Must be based in an eligible country (non-sanctioned regions)
• Availability to consistently work UK hours and attend daily stand-ups
