High-Level Overview 
A boutique consulting firm is seeking an Associate-level consultant to support a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) workstream for a confidential client with multiple subsidiary businesses. 

The assignment will focus on conducting a rapid diagnostic of third-party risk practices across four subsidiary entities to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, while also supporting the core business in embedding defined TPRM standards through stakeholder engagement, change management, and vendor coordination. 

The role is suited to a strong generalist with a structured consulting toolkit who can operate independently, engage effectively with senior stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs within a focused 4–6 weekengagement
