About the Role

As an Allstate Sales Agent, you’ll grow your own book of business, build strong relationships in your community, and help people protect what matters most. This is a hybrid role, where you’ll spend time on-site, but are also able to enjoy a flexible work arrangement based on business needs. If you’re a competitive, goal‑driven salesperson energized by unlimited earning potential, this is your opportunity to grow your own business with the support of a national brand.

You’ll guide clients through important insurance decisions with personalized advice that helps them get the protection they need, while strengthening your impact in the community. With coaching, development opportunities, and a team that supports your success, you’ll continue to grow your skills and your business.

  • Builds and manages their pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Meets with prospective clients, understand their needs, and use consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions.
  • Stays active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations.
  • Maintains consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Nurtures relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals.

Requirements

  • A results‑driven, target‑focused mindset with proven success meeting sales goals.
  • Experience growing your own pipeline with the motivation to expand your network community outreach.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly.
  • Comfort with prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to become licensed (or already licensed) to sell insurance in your province.
  • Sales experience in insurance or another relationship-focused field.

This is a hybrid role. You’ll spend meaningful time on-site early on to build skills, meet clients, and grow your network. As you lean into your success, so will the flexibility of the role, facilitating your ability to develop your business and meet performance goals.

What We Offer

Commissions are highly variable and are directly tied to sales volume. Individuals that are producing at, or close to, sales targets, and have completed all training can expect to earn between $70,000-$120,000.

Allstate Canada Group uses AI technology tools to assist in screening, selecting, assessing, and scheduling interviews with candidates as part of the recruitment process.
