The TA Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout post-offer activities. This role is primarily responsible for managing pre-hire documentation, coordinating onboarding activities, supporting background check processes, maintaining compliance requirements, and ensuring accurate process tracking and reporting.

This position is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, requiring strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. It is not a recruiting or interviewing role. The primary focus is operational excellence and candidate support throughout the hiring lifecycle.
