Manager, Accounting

• The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting the organization's financial reporting and compliance requirements.

• →Oversee general ledger activity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• →Monitor daily cash activity
• →Review payroll and related benefit entries
• →Supervise and develop accounting staff
• →Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies
• →Support external audits
• →Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• →Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Primarily office based with standard business hours; occasional evenings or weekends may be required near fiscal deadlines
