Senior Project Management Specialist (Hybrid) - Deadline 15/06/26

-Determine and document the project’s goals, deliverables, tasks, and deadlines.

-Create a detailed project plan outlining the schedule, resources, and milestones.

-Assign tasks and resources effectively to team members based on their skills and project requirements.-

-Monitor and manage the project resource usage to ensure resources are utilized efficiently.

-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

-Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

-Facilitate collaboration among team members and resolve any conflicts that arise.

-Track project progress against milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion.

-Handle any changes in project scope, schedule, or resources effectively.

-Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

-Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for project success.

-Address and resolve any issues or roadblocks that hinder project progress.

-Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and compliance.

-Conduct project reviews, finalize documentation, and ensure all deliverables are completed and approved.

-Track and respond to tickets and service requests in a service desk context, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

• Project coordination and training procedures, preferably involving a recognised methodology;

• SharePoint architecture both on-premises an online;

• Independently perform tasks management in the SharePoint environment, Atlassian suite or similar software.
