We’re looking for an Employer Branding Partner who will own the employer brand end-to-end with high autonomy and strategic alignment, leading complex partnerships across universities, events, and communities to grow awareness in Germany while raising the bar for hiring and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Germany Strategy: Develop and launch a scalable university partnership and ambassador program, delivering both on-campus and digital activations that institutionalize a playbook for the broader team.

  • Drive Multi-Channel Campaigns: Deliver integrated campaigns that lift unaided awareness among German students and convert interest into qualified applications through rapid MVP-test-and-iterate cycles.

  • Showcase Our Culture: Design and optimize a culture-first program that highlights our high-performing teams and the impact of our full-time, in-office collaboration model.

  • Lead the Events Portfolio: Source, negotiate, and execute a high-impact portfolio of meetups, conferences, and partner events, conducting post-event analyses to reallocate budget toward the strongest hiring signals.

  • Establish Data Rigor: Build a cross-functional measurement framework and live dashboard that connects brand activity to pipeline quality, onsite performance, and offer acceptance.

  • Strategic Brand Ownership- Experience owning employer brand initiatives end to end, from defining target student segments and messaging to executing campaigns and reviewing what actually worked.
    Commercial & Budget Ownership - Confidence managing a meaningful annual budget, making clear trade-offs, and tracking impact. You can explain where the money went, what it delivered, and what you’d change next time.
    Partnership & Field Execution - A track record of working directly with universities, student groups, and event partners. You’re comfortable securing placements, talks, and activations, and handling the logistics yourself when needed.
    Clear, Credible Storytelling - Ability to turn real teams, real work, and real outcomes into stories that resonate with students. You know what cuts through and what feels generic.
    Funnel Thinking - You understand how awareness turns into applications, interviews, and accepted offers. You’re comfortable working with TA and data to see what’s driving quality, not just volume.

  • Own Everything: You take full end-to-end ownership of the employer brand strategy, operating with high autonomy to deliver real impact and strategic alignment.

  • Raise the Bar: You are obsessed with quality and taste, consistently raising the standards for candidate experience and creative execution in a 0.02% high-bar hiring environment.

  • Move Fast: You thrive on initiative, using rapid testing and weekly budget reallocation to turn cultural trends into resonant campaigns at speed.
