Junior Engineer (AI)

You will join our data team as an AI-native engineer focused on automating data flows and building self-service data access for the business. The focus is on debugging and improving automations, building agents, and reducing the number of ad hoc requests that land on the data team's desk.

  Debug and maintain existing data automations

• →

  Build agents that handle repeatable data tasks end to end

• →

  Work across multiple data sources and systems, making sense of fragmented data

• →

  Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand where manual data work is slowing them down, and build solutions

• Hands-on experience building with AI agents or LLM tools

• Solid coding fundamentals

• A business mindset: interest in how the work connects to what the company needs, not just the technical build

• Curiosity and a strong learning mindset, especially around AI tools and trends

• Experience with Python or Node.js in a production or personal-project setting

• Experience with automation/orchestration tools such as n8n

• Exposure to SQL or working with structured data

• An AI-native approach: you use AI tools daily and think in terms of what agents can take off your plate

• Proactive problem-solving: going to people, understanding their workflow, and suggesting a better way

• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements
