Product Development: Manage the product lifecycle from opportunity discovery to release planning and success assessment.
Collaboration: Work with the Engineering team to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product features.
Release Management: Own the planning and roll-out of new features.
Backlog Management: Maintain a groomed and prioritized product backlog based on business impact and effort.
User Advocacy: Represent the voice of the users, advocating the product vision and direction to all business, UX, and engineering teams.
Strategy and Vision: Own product KPIs, strategy, and vision.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Encourage cross-functional team collaboration on shared objectives.
Impact Analysis: Lead the impact analysis of new features before and after development phases.
Iteration Management: Oversee the development stages from kick-off sessions to evaluating product progress at each iteration.

7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a product-based environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and detail-orientation skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
