AI & Automation Executive

ACG_3528_JOB Our client is a fast-growing company in the technology industry who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. The AI & Automation Executive will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven and automation solutions to support internal operational needs. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and developing automated workflows that integrate Data, Systems, and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and minimize manual work. The ultimate objective is to drive organization-wide automation initiatives. AI & Automation Solution Design Analyze operational processes and design AI applications and automation workflows for business operations, data systems, and internal tools. Collaborate with business and operations teams to develop automation solutions that integrate data, systems, and AI technologies to enhance productivity and reduce manual tasks. Design end-to-end pipelines covering data processing, business logic, automation flows, and output/action execution for automated workflows and AI services. Development & Operation of AI & Automation Solutions Develop internal AI applications such as chatbots, alert systems, and automation platforms for the gaming industry. Implement and manage automation workflows using Ads APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.), backend services, and orchestration tools. Work closely with Marketing, Backend, and Product teams to integrate solutions into existing systems and operational processes. Operations, Optimization & Research Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the performance of automation workflows and AI systems. Ensure system stability, scalability, and operational reliability to meet business requirements. Continuously research and apply best practices in AI and Automation to support organizational innovation and efficiency. Requirements Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in one or more of the following areas: AI, Data, Automation, or data-driven applications. Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to analyze business processes and design automation workflows. Hands-on experience working with data, including SQL, data pipelines, or equivalent technologies. Experience working with APIs, backend systems, or system integrations. Strong understanding and practical usage of AI tools and LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar technologies in building business solutions. Experience with automation and workflow platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, along with proven implementation of AI & Automation solutions in enterprise environments. Knowledge of the gaming/app industry and familiarity with Ads Network APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is considered an advantage. Good English communication skills.
