ACG_3537_JOB Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Responsible for overseeing company operations and cold storage warehouse services. Advise and provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors on short-term and long-term business strategies to support the company’s sustainable growth and expansion. Lead and manage the company’s operations in alignment with business objectives, corporate vision, and core values. Oversee the business operations of the company’s warehouse system with a total capacity of 55,730 pallet positions, including: Automated cold storage warehouse at -25°C: 5,956 m², 17 double-deep rack levels, 40,040 pallet positions Cold storage warehouse at -25°C: 1,741 m², 8 double-deep rack levels, 4,708 pallet positions Chilled warehouse at +3°C: 1,985 m², 8 double-deep rack levels, 4,898 pallet positions Ambient temperature warehouse: 2,443 m², 8 double-deep rack levels, 5,804 pallet positions Take responsibility for organizing operations, maximizing warehouse utilization, and developing customer relationships to achieve assigned business targets. Develop and implement logistics and warehouse operation solutions, including planning, sourcing, contract negotiations, operational optimization, execution, and performance monitoring to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence. Establish and standardize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for warehouse and logistics operations. Prepare and present inbound/outbound warehouse operation plans and inventory management solutions to customers. Direct, supervise, and coordinate Warehouse Managers and warehouse staff to improve overall operational efficiency and productivity. Organize workforce allocation effectively, supervise operational execution, and monitor all warehouse-related activities to enhance employee productivity and contribute to the company’s operational performance. Requirements Male candidates preferred, aged between 40–50 years old. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within large-scale cold storage warehouse management companies. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Excellent time management, planning, persuasion, and strategic thinking abilities. Strong leadership, conflict management, results-oriented mindset, and teamwork capabilities.
