Chief Accountant

ACG_3518_JOB Our client is a leading fashion brand seeking a qualified candidate to join its growing team. Lead and oversee the accounting department, ensuring smooth and compliant operations. Establish and monitor payment processes, including documentation flow and settlement procedures. Review and control accounting documents, expenses, and bookkeeping activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. Develop and implement document storage and record-keeping systems. Approve and review periodic tax filings and financial statements. Design and manage the overall accounting system, including chart of accounts and accounting methods. Guide and supervise the implementation of financial and accounting policies, procedures, and regulations. Reconcile accounting data across departments to ensure completeness and accuracy. Manage company budgeting activities and optimize cash flow and capital utilization. Oversee inventory accounting, including stock movement (inbound, outbound, and balance). Prepare internal monthly reports and provide accounting data upon request. Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reports, tax filings, and financial statements. Advise the Board of Directors on financial and accounting systems aligned with legal requirements and business needs. Act as the main point of contact with tax authorities and relevant government bodies. Develop and implement training plans to enhance the accounting team’s capabilities. Xây dựng và triển khai hệ thống lưu trữ, bảo quản chứng từ kế toán. Xét duyệt các báo cáo thuế và báo cáo tài chính định kỳ. Xây dựng và quản lý hệ thống kế toán (hệ thống tài khoản, sổ sách, phương pháp ghi nhận). Hướng dẫn và giám sát việc thực hiện các quy định, quy chế tài chính kế toán trong công ty. Kiểm tra, đối chiếu số liệu kế toán giữa các bộ phận, đảm bảo tính đầy đủ và chính xác. Quản lý ngân sách và tối ưu việc sử dụng dòng tiền, nguồn vốn. Kiểm tra và kiểm soát số liệu liên quan đến luân chuyển hàng hóa (nhập – xuất – tồn). Lập báo cáo nội bộ hàng tháng và cung cấp số liệu kế toán khi cần. Đảm bảo việc lập và nộp các báo cáo kế toán, thuế, quyết toán đúng hạn theo quy định. Tham mưu cho Ban Giám đốc trong việc xây dựng và hoàn thiện hệ thống tài chính kế toán. Là đầu mối làm việc với cơ quan thuế và các cơ quan ban ngành liên quan. Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch đào tạo, nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ kế toán. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Giám đốc. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing. Possession of a Chief Accountant certification. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing, garment, fashion, or retail chains. At least 3 years in a Chief Accountant or equivalent role. Experience in e-commerce or online business is a strong advantage. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and tax regulations. Up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax policies. Proficient in accounting software and office tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Strong organizational and task management skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and proactive mindset. Ability to work under pressure. Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán, Kiểm toán. Có chứng chỉ Kế toán trưởng. Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính kế toán, ưu tiên ngành sản xuất, may mặc, thời trang hoặc chuỗi bán lẻ. Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kế toán trưởng hoặc tương đương. Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thương mại điện tử hoặc kinh doanh online là lợi thế. Nắm vững chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam và các quy định pháp luật về thuế. Thường xuyên cập nhật các thay đổi về chính sách kế toán và thuế. Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán và các công cụ tin học văn phòng. Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt. Có năng lực lãnh đạo và quản lý đội nhóm. Kỹ năng tổ chức, phân công và điều phối công việc hiệu quả. Trung thực, cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và chủ động trong công việc. Chịu được áp lực công việc cao. Benefits Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30); Saturday from 09:00 – 12:00.
