ACG_3320_JOB Our client is a leading construction company in Vietnam, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Support design strategy aligned to business goals by preparing design briefs, schedules, and ensuring compliance with architectural/planning policies and authority requirements. Source, evaluate, and coordinate the appointment of consultants/contractors; liaise with authorities to secure required approvals. Lead design delivery across the full project lifecycle (brief → concept → schematic → tender → construction → handover), ensuring quality, timeline adherence, design audits, and on-site compliance; make timely design adjustments when needed. Ensure projects achieve high standards in concept, master planning, building/interior design, and site supervision, consistent with brand strategy and customer value proposition. Partner with Cost & Contract, Project Management, Sales & Marketing, and other teams on budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and post-project reviews for continuous improvement. Review and challenge design solutions to improve cost efficiency, functionality, and marketability; recommend alternatives where appropriate. Coordinate documentation for approvals and tendering, and implement quality assurance through systematic document review (QAP). Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, design standards, milestones, and design development Audit consultants’ design deliverables and validate proposed materials/specifications. Continuously refine design guidelines using lessons learned and post-occupancy feedback; standardize best practices for future projects. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Sc./B.Arch). LAM Part I or Part II registered Architect is a strong advantage. Experience: 8–10 years of architectural design and management experience, gained in an architectural practice or property development company. Solid track record in residential and mixed-use developments, preferably high-rise/mid-rise projects. Strong grasp of the end-to-end property development lifecycle and basic commercial drivers; good awareness of market studies and evolving design trends. Proven project management skills, including consultant coordination and site supervision, managing multiple projects from concept through completion. Effective stakeholder management with strong collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills across internal and external parties. Highly organized, disciplined, self-motivated, and self-aware; demonstrated integrity, accountability, and consistent performance. Clear understanding of applicable guidelines, laws, and regulatory requirements across development stages Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) and design tools such as AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit/SketchUp and Photoshop is a plus.
