IMC Marketing Planning Lead IMC planning and execution for domestic and international tournaments, ensuring full integration with core marketing goals. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and define seasonal/monthly content themes in partnership with regional teams, clubs, and key influencers. Adapt global marketing initiatives for local audiences by tailoring social media strategies and leveraging local esports talent to boost engagement. Direct the production and quality assurance of all creative deliverables, including branding, key visuals, and promotional video content. Facilitate synergy between internal departments (design, legal, video) and external agencies to execute high-impact campaigns. 2. IMC Marketing Execution (ATL) Oversee all ATL and digital marketing touchpoints to ensure brand consistency. Manage real-time match updates and post-game recaps across all distribution channels. Drive the execution of weekly content series, PR initiatives, and paid media advertising. 3. Marketing Analytics Utilize analytics to monitor KPIs and brand awareness, applying these insights to enhance future product launches. Evaluate regional trends and competitive landscapes to pinpoint growth opportunities. Deliver actionable, data-backed recommendations to refine local esports marketing tactics. 4. Performance Evaluation & Reporting Produce in-depth reports evaluating seasonal milestones and overall campaign efficacy. Analyze statistical data to provide strategic evaluations and roadmaps for ongoing performance enhancement. Requirements A minimum of 2 years in end-to-end strategic IMC marketing is required, with a strong emphasis on campaign management. Experience within the Sports or Esports sectors is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in creative production and storytelling. Candidates with a background in developing gaming/sports-centric content (e.g., CGIs, iTVCs, music videos, or microsites) will have a distinct advantage. A genuine passion for Gaming and MOBA titles is essential. We are looking for a true esports enthusiast. Must possess high-level analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with clarity and impact.
