ACG_3470_JOB Our client, a leading multinational FMCG company, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Key Responsibilities Develop and propose comprehensive marketing plans, including budget allocation aligned with business objectives. Lead product development and launch initiatives, from concept ideation through to go-to-market execution. Monitor and analyze brand performance, sales results, and market trends to identify opportunities and potential risks. Plan, execute, and evaluate ATL and BTL activities, trade promotions, and activation programs to ensure effectiveness and maximize ROI. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and accurate tracking of actual expenditures. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of business plans. Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to drive high performance and capability building. Leverage strong understanding of consumer behavior, needs, and lifestyle trends to inform effective marketing strategies. Apply knowledge of retailer behavior and channel dynamics to optimize trade marketing strategies. Demonstrate solid marketing fundamentals and strong strategic thinking. Perform other duties as assigned by management in alignment with overall business objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Marketing or related fields is a plus. At least 3 years of experience in brand management, including a minimum of 2 years in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role. Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset and high level of passion for marketing. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative. Hardworking and capable of performing well under pressure. Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
