Product Designer (Luxury Jewelry)

ACG_34450_JOB Our client is a leading retail group in Vietnam, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Develop and conceptualize new jewellery designs based on market trends, target customer insights, and brand positioning. Create detailed design drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications to support production processes. Research design trends, gold and gemstone materials, and craftsmanship techniques to deliver innovative and differentiated products. Collaborate closely with product development and production teams to ensure design feasibility while maintaining aesthetic and artistic value. Prepare and present design concepts, including sketches, inspiration, product storytelling, and packaging/display proposals (if required). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or related fields; GIA or equivalent certification is a plus. 3–5 years of experience as a Jewelry Designer, with a strong portfolio in gold and gemstone (gem-set) jewellery. Proficient in design tools: Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and jewelry-specific CAD software. Strong knowledge of gemology, gemstones, and jewellery production/manufacturing processes. Strong visual thinking and hand-sketching ability, with a good sense of design trends. Basic communication skills in English or Chinese is an advantage. Creative mindset with a passion for jewellery design and strong attention to detail. Ability to balance artistic creativity with commercial viability and production constraints.
