Job descriptions: Client Management & Risk Control Manage a portfolio of existing and potential corporate clients; build strong, long-term relationships to maximize product penetration. Provide tailored financial and credit solutions; expand business opportunities with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact to handle client issues, working cross-functionally for timely resolution. Influence client decision-making, even when they are resistant to change, by providing clear business rationale. Collaborate with Product and Business Development teams to design optimal sales strategies for CMB. Review and approve credit applications before escalation to senior levels (Head of Department/Center Director/CMB Division Head). Present and defend credit/service proposals to the Credit Committee. Monitor loans, cash flow, and outstanding debts, ensuring financial health of client portfolio. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify early warning signs, mitigate risks, and propose effective solutions. Product & Service Development Contribute to the development of products, policies, and operational processes to improve competitiveness and service quality. Work with Business Development to design sales incentive programs tailored to business goals. Propose new product ideas and service enhancements to meet client and market needs. Business Planning Propose strategies to the Head of Department and contribute to the business plan for the team/department. Develop and execute action plans (AP) to achieve KPIs related to revenue, profit, and client acquisition. People Management & Team Development Provide input on workforce planning and talent management in line with CMB’s business strategy. Train, coach, and mentor RMs/ARMs on sales, client relationship management, and credit appraisal. Build a pipeline of potential talent, developing RM/ARM staff into future SRM/RM leaders. Other Tasks Undertake other duties assigned by the Head of Department, Center Director, or CMB Division Head. Requirements Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration. Relevant Experience At least 7 years of experience working directly in Corporate Banking, with a strong track record in managing Large Corporate Clients (annual revenue from 600 billion VND and above). Relevant Knowledge & Expertise Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in banking and corporate finance, including policies, compliance requirements, and corporate banking products. In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, valuation, credit risk management, and corporate banking operations across industries and investment sectors. Skills Proven sales skills with an existing client network and potential leads. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in English (listening & speaking) is a strong advantage. Other Competencies Innovative mindset with the ability to work under high pressure. Strong organizational and management skills. High level of integrity and strict compliance with Bank’s regulations and policies.
