This is boots-in-the-mud, hands-on, no-shortcuts work. The kind that demands grit, awareness, and pride in every pour.

You’ll be in the mix — not on the sidelines.

• →Move, load, and stage materials, tools, and equipment across active job sites
• →Support site prep, cleanup, and hazard-free environments
• →Assist with forming, edging, and setting up concrete structures
• →Help pour, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools
• →Apply sealants, waterproofing, and finishing treatments
• →Operate equipment like power vibrators for proper compaction
• →Maintain constant awareness of crew, equipment, and surroundings
• →Support traffic control and signal operators when needed
• →Work side-by-side with experienced crew members and foremen
• →Do what it takes to get the job done right

This role moves fast, demands focus, and requires you to stay sharp — physically and mentally.

This isn’t about having the perfect resume — it’s about how you show up.

• 1+ year of concrete or construction experience (preferred, not required for the right mindset)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle physically demanding work daily
• Comfort working on, around, and under equipment
• Stamina to bend, kneel, stand, and move for extended periods
• Basic experience with hand tools and jobsite equipment
• Reliability — your crew needs to know you’ll show up and follow through
• Commitment to safety — no shortcuts, no excuses

Anyone can carry materials.

Not everyone:

• Watches out for their crew without being told
• Takes pride in clean lines and solid finishes
• Learns fast and asks smart questions
• Pushes through when the work gets tough

Employment at Alpha Inc. is contingent upon:
• Completion of standard pre-employment screening.
• Successful completion of a background check conducted after a conditional offer; any prior issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis consistent with Hawaiʻi and federal law.
• Passing a drug test (for both full-time and part-time hires) conducted in line with Hawaiʻi statutory requirements.
