• Serve as a team leader (technical leader) for SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects.
• Lead business transformation/managed services tracks in SAP engagements.
• Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
• Mentor the project team in executing identified projects.
• Provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
• Interface with customer representatives as needed.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

• Over 6 to 8 years of SAP HCM experience, including at least 2 end-to-end payroll process implementations.
• Expertise in Wage type, Schema, and PCR configuration.
• Strong knowledge of PA/PM and time integration with payroll.

• Strong process experience in SAP HCM.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Understanding and experience of integration best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
