About This Role
As a Community Relations Associate at Alumni Ventures, you’ll play a vital role in engaging with and supporting our vibrant prospect and investor community. This position is ideal for those who seek highly-varied and high-autonomy high-responsibility early-career role at a thriving and award winning financial services firm.
This particular role is stationed on our Growth Team, which is tasked with growing our community of prospective accredited investors. This team holistically is responsible for AV’s advertising, earned & organic, PR, and proprietary community growth solutions.
Your primary responsibility is to manage our Tesla 2.0 program.
You will have secondary responsibilities that include supporting:
- Digital paid advertising
- Paid newsletter advertising
- PR
- AV award submissions
- Podcast partnership building
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepping and enrolling new contacts into prepared sequences
- →Reviewing upcoming investor calls and assigning qualification status
- →Verifying phone numbers, correcting formatting, and confirming CRM record completeness
- →Preparing call-taker notes and outreach emails using AV’s custom GPTs
- →Managing daily sequence hygiene & executing SMS follow-ups
- →Prioritizing and canceling calls per defined SOPs, ensuring the top of funnel is clean and efficient
- →Responding to inbound messages
- →Maintaining outreach list libraries and ongoing template updates
- →Ensuring clean process records and assignment accuracy
- →Updating KPIs in support of regular reporting
- Reliable task execution with attention to detail
- Strong written communication; ability to follow scripts while using good judgment
Comfort navigating CRM systems, sequences, calendars, and data integrity tasks - Curiosity to ask “why” and understand context; willingness to learn by doing
- Ability to manage a consistent daily workflow with clarity and organization
- Mature, positive attitude; ready to embrace feedback

- Strong CRM accuracy and hygiene, with low error rates

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated interest and ability to use AI to improve outcomes and efficiency
- Familiarity with digital advertising, social platforms, and social media
- Excellent communicator
- Analytical rigor and capabilities in Excel and AI+ excel
- Team player
- Detail oriented and organized
Compensation on this role is $65,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits.
