As we grow aggressively, the People team needs a senior operational backbone — someone who doesn't just keep things running, but builds the systems and processes that will hold up as we double in size.
At P3, this role goes beyond execution. You'll be the go-to person for everything that touches operations, compensation, and company logistics — including high-stakes events like international company trips. You'll partner closely with HR Admin and serve as the main bridge between People, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
 
Everyone on the People team at Uplive is expected to act as a bar raiser — setting the standard, not just meeting it.


  • Manage office supplies inventory — forecast monthly needs, raise POs, reconcile invoices

  • Coordinate with building management for facility issues, access cards, and maintenance requests

  • Oversee pantry, tea-time, and office cleanliness standards

  • Plan and execute internal activities

  • Maintain and optimize the monthly office budget (tracking, reporting, variance analysis)

  • Handle administrative paperwork: contracts, company letters, notarization, government submissions

  • Maintain up-to-date employee data: salary records, allowances, insurance registration/termination

  • Manage social insurance, health insurance, and PIT-related tasks in compliance with Vietnamese labor law

  • Support annual salary review cycles: data preparation, benchmarking, letter generation

  • Liaise with internal Accounting and Legal teams for HR-related financial and compliance matters

  • Respond to employee queries about payslips, benefits entitlements, and deductions

  • Act as the main point of contact with our payroll vendor — review monthly payroll inputs, flag discrepancies, ensure on-time processing

  • Maintain accurate headcount and employee records in HR systems

  • Support onboarding admin: prepare employment contracts, coordinate equipment setup with IT, manage onboarding paperwork

  • Assist the Head of People and TABP on ad-hoc projects as needed

  • Must-have:
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, C&B, or office administration — with at least some time in a senior or lead capacity
  • Solid, working knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, PIT, and social/health insurance regulations
  • Strong Excel skills: you can build a payroll checker, a budget tracker, or a pivot dashboard from scratch without looking anything up
  • Experience planning and executing company events or trips — including managing budgets, vendors, and logistics end-to-end
  • Detail-oriented and organized: you catch things before they become problems
  • Comfortable working across Finance, Legal, and external vendors — and confident enough to push back when something's off
  • Clear communicator in Vietnamese; working English (written and spoken)
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Experience working with a payroll vendor or HRIS system
  • Background in a startup or tech/gaming environment
  • Familiarity with C&B benchmarking or compensation structures
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where the handbook doesn't always exist yet.
