Take over 1:1s and begin building trust-based relationships with your direct reports.
Analyze our current project management processes and identify immediate "low-hanging fruit" for workflow improvements.
Take full ownership of hiring and headcount planning for your team, working closely with recruiting to attract top-tier talent.
Collaborate with Product and Design leadership to influence the roadmap and ensure technical debt is balanced with feature delivery.
Guide your team through the execution of a large, full-stack initiative, ensuring granular project breakdown and clear stakeholder communication.
Define career development plans and growth trajectories for your team members.
Champion a culture of engineering excellence, connecting its value to the needs of our community and the broader business goals.
