The role requires assessing process maturity, identifying opportunities for transformation and optimization, benchmarking against industry best practices, and advising leadership on improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and measurable business outcomes. ## What will your job look like? * Engage with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct workshops and requirement sessions to capture current-state processes, pain points, and desired outcomes. * Analyze business operations and identify inefficiencies, manual interventions, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement. * Recommend practical solutions and best practices to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and service quality. * Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, gap analysis reports, and presentation materials. * Collaborate with business teams and operations teams to validate requirements and process designs. * Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams. ## All you need is... Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * 6+ years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, or process improvement roles. * Strong experience in stakeholder management & workshop facilitation. * Experience working in a consulting or business transformation environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in business process redesign, operational excellence, or digital transformation initiatives. * Exposure to the telecommunications industry is an added advantage. * Familiarity with workflow improvement and service lifecycle management. * Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or enterprise implementations.
