Key Responsibilities * Product type: RF Design and Cell Site Integration process automations and AI introduction into the process for improving the quality and efficiency. * Customer: US Tier 1 carriers * Technology: 5G RAN * Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals * Align product direction with business objectives and customer needs * Continuously refine strategy based on market trends and feedback 2\. Product Backlog Management * Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog * Ensure the team is working on the highest-value features * Define user stories and acceptance criteria for development 3\. Stakeholder Collaboration * Act as the “voice of the customer” * Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback * Balance competing priorities while ensuring alignment 4\. Agile Execution & Delivery * Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, etc.) * Provide clarification and guidance to development teams * Monitor product progress and ensure delivery meets quality expectations 5\. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement * Review completed work and accept/reject deliverables * Track performance metrics and user feedback * Continuously iterate to improve product value and outcomes ## All you need is... Required Skills & Competencies * Strong understanding or Nokia and Ericsson RAN equipment * Experience and Strong understanding of various tools and processes used by US Tier1 carriers * Experience and strong understanding of RF design and Site Integration tasks like RFDS, CIQ & Scripting, E911 provisioning, BOM, RTT & SON modules * Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions * Basic technical understanding to collaborate with development teams * * * Qualifications (Typical) * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Experience in product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery roles * Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are often preferred * * * Key Success Metrics * Delivery of high-value product increments * Stakeholder and customer satisfaction * Effective backlog prioritization and sprint outcomes * Alignment between product outcomes and business goals ## Why you will love this job: * You will be responsible for the performance of RF network design, planning & optimization activities. * You will also perform post processing analysis, site build verifications and acceptance. * If you enjoy working on equipment's manufactured by Ericsson, Nortel, Nokia, Siemens and have the right knowledge of optimization, HSPA throughput and power utilization you will love working in the environment.
