If you are excited about staying ahead of technology trends, learning proactively, and influencing technical direction, this is the challenge for you. ## What will your job look like? * Lead technical design and architecture for advanced Generative AI and cloud-native solutions. * Research and prototype cutting-edge AI technologies, frameworks, and integration patterns. * Build scalable backend services and AI-driven applications using modern best practices. * Deploy solutions in enterprise production environments on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and maintainable systems. * Mentor developers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning. * Stay on top of industry trends and proactively bring innovative ideas to the team. * Provide production support and lead critical incident resolution when needed. ## All you need is... * Proven experience working in collaborative development teams delivering enterprise-grade solutions. * Strong proficiency in backend development (Python or similar) and modern frameworks. * Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) and AI-assisted development practices. * Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and deployments on at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - building and deploying applications for K8s environments is essential. * Ability to design secure, scalable, and performant systems. * Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills. * Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
