About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, diplomatic, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our System CEO and senior leadership team. In this pivotal, fully on-site role, you will act as the ambassador of the CEO’s office—triaging high-level communications, managing complex schedules, and supporting critical research and grant initiatives. If you are a seasoned EA with exceptional MS Teams and MS Office skills, we want to hear from you.

  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, process timely expense reports, and act as the first point of contact for donors, media, politicians, and staff.
  • Communications: Draft correspondence, prepare presentations and reports, and record/distribute meeting minutes.
  • Research & Grants: Assist with grant applications, track reporting metrics, and research federal research funding trends.
  • Office Management: Sort mail, order supplies, and maintain organizational contacts.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressively responsible office administration experience.
  • Leadership Support: Ideally 1+ years of experience acting as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting a CEO.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and expert-level familiarity with MS Teams.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding diplomacy, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, non-profit fundraising, or policy research
