Hands-On Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

Deliver engaging, hands-on plumbing instruction (residential & light commercial)

Teach core topics including pipe systems, installation, troubleshooting, and code compliance

Develop lesson plans, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with industry standards

Adapt instruction to meet the needs of adult learners with varying experience levels

Track student progress and provide coaching, feedback, and remediation

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on plumbing experience

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, safety practices, and codes

Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse learners

Strong organizational and time management skills

Basic computer skills (email, recordkeeping, LMS platforms)
