American Swim Academy in Dublin is looking for a full-time Assistant Member Service Director who loves to interact with people in person and on the phone in a FUN and fast-paced environment while supporting the Senior Management Team. The schedule is Tuesday - Saturday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate must be friendly, customer service oriented, enthusiastic, and able to multitask
Assist Member Service Director with meeting call and revenue goals
Motivate the Member Service Team
Answer phones, make follow-up calls, and enroll swimmers
Proficient computer and accurate typing skills necessary to complete member interactions and enrollments
