• Competitive pay of $17.00 per hour
• Flexible weekend schedule—every weekend or every other weekend available
• Approximately 10 hours total between Saturday and Sunday

As an Activities Coordinator, you'll help plan and facilitate engaging experiences that support residents' social, emotional, physical, and creative well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• →Lead and assist with recreational, social, creative, and wellness activities for residents
• →Encourage participation through one-on-one interactions and group activities
• →Build relationships with residents while learning and supporting their interests
• →Help plan and coordinate special events, parties, outings, and seasonal celebrations
• →Transport residents to community outings using a small bus (CDL not required)
• →Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents can thrive
• →Support the overall activities program and resident engagement goals

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently and manage activities with confidence
• Experience working with seniors or in an activities role is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a small bus (CDL not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, dependable, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with older adults
